4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
4.1 Orders Are Requests, Not Guarantees

• Final acceptance happens only when we dispatch the order
4.2 We May Reject or Cancel Orders If:

• Order appears fraudulent, fake, or made with malicious intent
• Multiple suspicious orders are detected from the same source
• Product is out of stock after order placement
• Delivery to your area is not possible
• Payment cannot be verified

4.3 Customer Cancellations

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS
For all COD orders, you agree to:

• Respond to verification within 24 hours of order placement
• Provide accurate delivery details
5.2 Delivery Acceptance
• Be available to receive the order at the provided address
• Pay the full amount in cash to the courier at delivery
• Accept the order if it matches your placed order
5.3 Refusal Consequences
If you refuse a confirmed COD delivery without valid reason:
• You may be blocked from placing future COD orders
• Your phone number may be flagged for verification on future
orders
• We reserve the right to charge return shipping costs for
repeated refusals
5.4 Fake Orders
Placing fake COD orders is a violation of these Terms and may be:
• Reported under Pakistan's Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act
(PECA), 2016
• Subject to civil liability for damages
• Cause for permanent blacklisting

6. PRICING & PAYMENT
6.1 Pricing
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

6.3 Pricing Errors

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 1–3 working days
7.3 Delivery Conditions
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:
• Courier company schedules

• Public holidays
• Strikes or political situations
• Remote location logistics
• Address inaccuracies
7.4 Discreet Packaging Guarantee
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. No product
name, brand details, or contents are visible from outside the
parcel. Courier slips show only your name and address.
7.5 Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect
addresses.

Pakistan. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani
courts.
19.4 Time Limit
Any legal claim must be filed within one (1) year of the disputed
incident. Claims filed after this period will be considered
waived.
